- Introduce and provide explanation regarding Malaysian Skills Certificate (MSC)/Sistem Persijilan Kemahiran Malaysia(SPKM)
- Mandatory for every personel in accredited centre(Pusat Bertauliah) before being selected as Personel Pentauliahan
- Kursus induksi pentauliahan
- Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)
- Concept and method of SPKM certification
- Competency based Training(CBT) / Latihan Berasaskan Keterampilan (LBK)
- National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) / Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan Kebangsaan.
- Development of skill training curriculum
- Appraisal pf skill training
- National skills development Act 2006 (Act 652)
